Is the Indianapolis Canal Walk Safe?

Visiting Indianapolis with my 19-year-old son in July, I was delighted to find that the Canal Walk was a safe and enjoyable experience. We spent a long time walking along the canal, and never felt threatened or uncomfortable. The Canal Walk is a great place to run, cycle, or simply take a leisurely stroll. It's a nearly 2-mile circuit that is free from traffic and provides a peaceful and uninterrupted experience.

Pedal boats are also available for those who want to explore the canal further. As someone from Los Angeles, CA, I can confidently say that Indianapolis is not a dangerous place to visit. There is no need to worry about crime, violence, or any other negative aspects of the city. In fact, I would argue that Indianapolis is much safer than many other cities in the US.

While it may not be as exciting as Las Vegas, it is still a great place to visit and explore.
